At WuduWash Ltd, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help. Please read the following policy to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.
1. Change of Mind or Incorrect Item Ordered
If you have ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or the product does not fit your intended space:
You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
The buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, a refund will be processed via the original payment method.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item has arrived damaged, is faulty, or you received an incorrect product:
Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing sales@wuduwash.com.
We may request the return of the item for inspection.
In such cases, WuduWash will provide a prepaid return label, and we will cover all postage costs.
You will receive either a full refund or a replacement, based on your preference and item availability.
3. Return Conditions
All items must be returned in the same condition as received, including the original packaging and all included components.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
