For products in stock, dispatch will occur within 2 working days from the order confirmation date.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your item(s) have been shipped, including relevant tracking information where applicable.

5. Damaged or Lost ItemsIn the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@wuduwash.com with photographic evidence where applicable. We will arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our returns policy.
